If you'd like to help us improve the translation of login.ru.ac.za, you can do so on the SimpleSAMLphp web site.
To gain access to the translation portal, you'll need to sign up for a free account with Feide OpenIdP (Feide is the Norwegian equivelent of SAFIRE, an academic federation).
Once logged in, you'll see a long list of things that need translating into various languages. Obviously some parts are more important than others, and we'd ask you to prioritize the user-facing parts that we make use of at Rhodes. These are (in order of decreasing importance):
Whilst we've already asked the SimpleSAMLphp to include Afrikaans and isiXhosa in the translation portal, it is possible to request others. Ideally we'd like to see it available in all eleven official languages.
If you make significant contributions to any South African language, please let us know so we can update our copies of the translation files.
